This definitely is a modified Shaltari Caimen Heavy Grav-Tank, most likely for Warchief Isis. He is one of the Famous commanders from the Reconquest Phase 1 expansion. He is a powerful one who's Caimen has Passive 4+ countermeasures, +3" MF, and a crazy E13 Particle Cannon that ignores ALL countermeasures.
